Alignment and Performance Coaching

Alignment Coaching is defining your long-term vision and current goals, becoming clear and directed in your actions.

In session we will

1. Explore and identify real obstacles and goals with an action plan,

2. Create intentional shifts in your paradigms, habits, and self-image to posture and position yourself for actionable success.

Alignment coaching will teach you how to do the following while applying the principles to help you gain momentum towards the results you want in your life now:

1. Create clarity in your path to business or leadership success.

2. Identify blind spots and opportunities.

3. Ask guided questions to drive the right action.

4. Improve your self-discipline and follow-through with an actionable path forward.

5. Construct the mindset necessary for the next reality of success.

   Payment.

   The goal of this session is to get you clear about the path forward. Because of the intense nature of this session, there is a 2.0 hour minimum, with rates beginning at $150.00 per hour. Rates may increase based on the comprehensive evaluation conducted in the session. All fees are non-refundable and will be billed and paid in-full before the session starts.

Cancellation Policy.

A 48-hour notice of cancellation is required. Cancellation after this period for any reason, will result in a $100.00 cancellation fee and 50% of the session.

No Guarantee of Results. We do not guarantee any results from the use of our products or services, and we do not offer legal advice. Entrepreneurship and real estate investing involve risk and hard work. Always consult with your professionals. “The M.O.G.U.L. Method®” is a reference to Chairidee Smith's personal training style and not a guarantee of success. Any testimonials showing our success or our students’ success are not to be interpreted as common, typical or expected. Your success will be determined in large part for how badly you're willing to work for it.

Gift Certificates and Coupon Codes. If you have received a coupon code for discounted training or a gift certificate for merchandise from the Company or any of its affiliates, the coupon code or gift certificate is only good for a single-use and up to the value on the code or card. Digital products are non-refundable and not eligible for exchange or credit. Coupons cannot be used in conjunction with each other unless otherwise stated. Coupons are only valid during the advertised promotion period. Prices are subject to change without notice. Gift Cards are non-refundable.

There is no refund at all on any digital products. You will receive access to your training platform for the amount of time that was stated on the product description you purchased. If you have any problems accessing the digital content you have purchased please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.

Please be advised that the cancellation of the subscription is effective in the rebill period in which you have cancelled. There are no refunds regardless of usage of the product.

All digital and downloadable product sales are final. We do not offer digital product refunds, once a download/digital access has been assigned to you there is nothing we can retrieve back.

Please be advised that any and all agreements for downloadable/digital products, The M.O.G.U.L. Method® and MOGUL-U® digital products are NOT subject to refund or store credit. We do not accept any verbal modifications of these Agreements and the “no refund and no cancellation” policy stated in the Agreements is strictly adhered to. ALL BUILD OUT FEES AND SET UP FEES ARE NONREFUNDABLE AS THEY ARE SERVICES RENDERED TO CREATE YOUR ACCOUNT. Agreements with a 90 day opt out clause do not include a refund on the initial investment. There is NO refund on digital products or build-out fees. By signing the Agreement, you agree to all Terms of Use and this Terms of Purchase and Refund Policy including that you agree to not file a charge back for any services rendered, or for digital products that have been delivered.

Cancelling or removing the credit card on file does not cancel your subscription and violates the terms of the agreement. If at anytime you have delinquent invoices past 90 days, or the account is paid delinquently for three consecutive payments, your account will be suspended, and you will still be liable for the full contract value through the term of the agreement.

Purchase of a Company training module does not grant rights to the buyer to share, reproduce or resell the product in any way.
